Founded on May 3rd, 2023, this vibrant Caribbean fusion restaurant is the result of a shared dream brought to life by a group of passionate Haitian-American entrepreneurs. The owners, Ernst Occius, Carline Occius, Alexandra Naomie Casimir Nicolas, and Pierre Richard Nicolas, are dedicated to showcasing the rich and diverse flavors of Haitian cuisine in a modern, welcoming atmosphere.

What started as a weekend Fritay delivery service quickly grew into something more. Fueled by a passion for food and culture and driven by increasing demand, two couples combined their vision to bring the very best of Haitian and Caribbean cuisine to Canton and beyond. Their mission? To provide a safe, high-quality dining experience in a clean, stylish environment that reflects the richness of Haitian culture and leaves a positive impact on the community.
